Together with its neighbors, Focused Community Strategies is creating an equitable, mixed-income neighborhood where everyone can flourish.
Purpose Built Communities' Network Members prioritize wellness through medical care, mental health support, healthy food access, community spaces, arts, culture, and green areas. 
Leap Year boosts college success and literacy in metro Atlanta, engaging first-generation high school grads as second-grade reading coaches in a dynamic yearlong community service and college prep program.

Lesley Grady is a co-principal with Chrysalis Lab and is described by colleagues as a catalyst, connector, synthesis, and strategist. With academic preparation in economic development and public policy, she has spent nearly three decades as a senior executive for major philanthropic and economic development organizations, providing board leadership and strategic guidance.
Staci is a senior consultant with Chrysalis Lab and is a trusted and experienced philanthropic leader with a passion for issues related to racial equity, education, and sustainable solutions. Her specialties include community building, stakeholder engagement, and project management. An Atlanta native, Staci is a weaver of relationships and enjoys spending time pouring into young people.
