Cousins Foundations Staffing Announcement

The Cousins Foundations are pleased to announce the appointment of Ann Woodward as the Vice President of Programs and the promotion of Tiffany Padolsky as the Office and Grants Manager.

A native Atlantan, with broad experience in program management and nonprofit capacity-building, Ann Woodward brings the perspective of a third-generation Cousins family member to her new role. Reporting to the President and CEO, Lillian Giornelli, Woodward is responsible for developing grantmaking strategies, overseeing the implementation and assessment of grant programs, supporting and building relationships with grant partners, and sharing the Foundations’ mission with the Atlanta community and public.

In her new position as Office and Grants Manager, Tiffany Padolsky will play an important role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Foundations’ administrative processes and grant management. Tiffany’s institutional knowledge and experience make her a tremendous asset to the team.

Woodward and Padolsky will work alongside Dr. Cynthia Kuhlman, who joined the Foundations in 2006 as Director of Educational Achievement after a successful 36-year career in Atlanta Public Schools in a wide range of roles including teacher, principal, human resources director, and chief financial officer. Dr. Kuhlman leads the Foundations’ investments in education, working closely with community partners focused on early childhood education, access to equitable K-12 educational opportunities, and targeted programs leading students to college and career readiness.

Together, the Cousins Foundations staff look forward to strengthening the Foundations’ impact and advancing the mission of supporting holistic approaches that address the root causes of social and economic disparities.
